1]The petitioners are praying for directions to the
respondents to pay bill in respect of work performed by
the petitioner no.1 - society. The petitioners claim
that they have performed the work on the basis of the
oral instructions issued by the respondents and there is
no written agreement entered into between the parties.
The work is performed in the year 1996, whereas the
petitioners have approached this Court in 2014. The

petitioners may avail of alternative remedy for redressal
of their grievance.
2]In view of above, no interference is called for in
this petition. The petition stands rejected.
