The Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent no.3 College of Education is closed down and therefore the cause for filing the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. It is, however, stated that the issue in regard to rounding of the marks from 54.75% to 55% would still survive and therefore this court may keep the question in that regard, open.
The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with aforesaid liberty.
The permission and liberty both are granted as prayed for. Writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
