appropriate writ, order and direction, directing Respondent No. 1 to carry out investigation in respect of the offences committed by Respondent Nos. 4 to 12 through Maharashtra Criminal Investigation Department or any other independent investigation agency. We are informed by the learned APP that the investigation has revealed that dispute between the parties is of civil nature.
