By this petition, Petitioner is seeking appropriate writ, order and direction directing Respondent No. 1 that investigation pertaining to MCR No. 2 of 2011 may be transferred to the State CID, Crime, Pune. We are informed by the learned APP that in fact investigation has already been transferred to the Crime Branch and it is being monitored by the ACP; investigation is going on and it is almost complete. In view of the statement made by the learned APP, the petition, in fact, does not survive, since the relief claimed is already granted. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
