Heard. Since this Court was of the view that the petitioners have an efficacious remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order of termination dated 30-6-1999, Shri De, the learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition so that the petitioners could file an appeal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 against the order dated 30-6-1999.
Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
If the petitioner Nos.1 and 3 (since the name of the petitioner No.2 stands deleted on his request) file an appeal, the School Tribunal should consider the fact that the writ petition challenging the order dated 30-6-1999 has been pending in this Court for long.
