. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a private complaint before the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty, as prayed. All contentions raised by the Petitioner in the petition are kept open. If a private criminal complaint is filed, the same may be considered on merits and in accordance with law and an appropriate action may be taken as expeditiously as possible, in any case within a period of 6 months thereafter. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
