1 The petitioner is taking exception to the criteria prescribed for awarding marks under Government Resolution dated 15.11.2011 for considering eligibility of an educational Institution to claim grant-in-aid from the State Government.
2 Upon hearing the petitioner, we are convinced that guidelines issued are in conformity with the Right to Education Act and there is no unreasonableness or arbitrariness in providing for marks under different tests. Petition is devoid of substance.
3 Writ Petition stands dismissed.
