ORDER :
1]The grievance made in the instant petition is in
respect of action of sealing of the cell-sites / towers
of the petitioner taken by the respondent - Municipal
Corporation. The petitioner is praying for orders
directing the respondent - Corporation to de-seal the
cell-sites / towers since the petitioner claims to have

complied with all the requirements contemplated under the
notice dated 22.11.2013. By tendering a representation
on 3.2.2013, the petitioner has requested de-sealing of
the cell-sites / towers since it has complied with the
requirements.
2]Learned counsel for the respondent - Corporation
makes a statement that the contentions of the petitioner
made in the petition will be verified and appropriate
order will be passed on the representation dated 3.2.2013
within a period of one week from today. The learned
counsel further submits that the consequential action of
de-sealing of the cell/sites / towers will be dependent
on the decision of the Municipal Corporation on the
representation tendered by the petitioner.
3]The writ petition stands disposed of in view of the
statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent
- Corporation, as referred above.
