1] Learned counsel for the petitioner states that by communication dated 17 July 2014, they have already written to the petitioner to impart instructions for further proceedings in the matter. However, despite the petitioner having received such communication, has not responded to the same.
2] In the aforesaid circumstances, it does appear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. Therefore, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
3] Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered the original of the communication dated 17 July 2014 alongwith R.P.A.D. slips for the perusal of this Court. He undertakes to place on record a xerox copies of the communication and R.P.A.D slips.
