2] We have perused the prayer in the application which was sent by present petitioner addressed to this court. The said prayer, as appearing in his application in vernacular, reads thus :-

3] We have considered the prayer of the petitioner in the light of the notification issued by the Home Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, dated 23.4.2012 at page 14 of the compilation of the petition and the judgment of this court in the case of Jagannath Raghunath Shelke vs State of Maharashtra and others [Writ Petition No. 1485 of 2013], dated 24.12.2013, in particular para 13 of the said judgment. 4] In the light of notification dated 23.4.2012 and in view of judgment in Writ Petition No. 1485 of 2013, we direct the respondent no.3 to consider the prayer of the petitioner, within three days from today and report back to the office of the Public Prosecutor, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 8.7.2014.
