Member of the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, is not for the High Court to determine and decide. Once, the petitioner has
been interviewed, but the petitioner is unhappy with the grading and
the marks assigned, then, it is not for this Court to substitute its
views with that of the Experts of the Interview Committee, particularly, when there are no allegations of any arbitrariness or malafides. Merely, four questions were put to the candidate, namely

the petitioner, does not mean that the marks assigned are, in any
way arbitrary or that the Committee, while selecting the candidate,
has acted in the manner, which would demonstrate patent violation of mandate of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India. That the petitioner is not selected, is not the ground, on which and the circumstances in which this Court can interfere.
