By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondents to pay the unpaid salary of the petitioners.

It appears on hearing the learned counsel for the parties that the petitioners had started working in the respondent No.4-School from June, 2010 and though the respondent No.4 have sent the salary bills of the petitioners to the respondent No.2, the arrears of salary have not been paid to the petitioners.

It is informed to this Court by the learned counsel for the parties that in pursuance of the order dated 22/09/2014, the respondents-authorities are processing the proposal for the payment of arrears of salary to the petitioners. It is stated on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the unpaid salary of the petitioners would be paid within a period of six weeks after completing the formalities.

We accept the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2. The said statement would be binding on the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

We dispose of the writ petition by accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 that the salary of the petitioners from June, 2010 would be paid to the petitioners within a period of six weeks.

Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
