Shri Sudame, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed at this stage, in view of the statement made in the affidavit-inreply filed on behalf of the respondent No.1. It is stated that it is stated in the affidavit that the respondent No.1 is ready to consider the proposal of the petitioner on the post of Head Clerk, if the Headmaster would submit the proposal of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of in view of the statement made by the respondent No.1 that he would consider the proposal of the petitioner for the post of Head Clerk, if the Headmaster submits the same. If the Headmaster submits the proposal of the petitioner, the respondent Nos.1 would decide the same as early as possible and within a period of two months from the date of receipt of thereof.
In the facts of the case, there would be no order as
to costs.
