1] Respective counsel do not dispute that controversy is covered by orders of this court dated 27th August, 2013, in W.P. No. 5402 of 2013, 5401 of 2013 and other connected matters. However, respective counsel for petitioners state that they have already made representation and it is pending.
2] Advocate Sharma, states that he is not aware of pendency of any such representation.
3] In order to avoid any loss of time, and in the interest of petitioners, we direct them to prefer fresh representation within 4 weeks in

terms of para.7 of the order dated 27th August, 2013 (supra). If such representation is made, the respondent No.2 shall take suitable decision upon it, within further period of 8 weeks. If any amount is found refundable to petitioners, same shall thereafter be refunded to them, within next 4 weeks.
4] Acceptance of that amount by petitioners, shall not preclude them from challenging the correctness of the exercise undertaken by respondent No.2.
5] With these directions, petitions are disposed of. No costs.
