Heard.
Shri Deo, the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1, states on the basis of the communication dated 26.09.2014 issued by Deputy Commandant, Central Industrial Security Force, that the case of the petitioner is being re-examined at C.I.S.F. Headquarters, New Delhi in view of the new verification report and the grievance of the petitioner may be redressed.
In view of the aforesaid, Shri Moon, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, if the decision of the C.I.S.F. goes against the petitioner.
The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, in case the occasion arises.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
