1Rule has been already issued. Today, the
learned senior counsel representing the petitioners
in Writ Petition No.744 of 2012 and the learned
counsel for the eighth respondent in the said
Petition have tendered on record interim consent
terms between the said two parties. The same are
taken on record and marked `X' for identification.
2Undertakings and statements of the parties in
the consent terms are accepted. There will be
interim order in terms of the interim consent terms
marked `X' for identification. We direct the second
respondent (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) to comply

with the directions in the clause 7 (including
clauses 7.1 to 7.3) as of the interim consent terms.
3In view of this order, the statement of the
learned counsel for the eighth respondent recorded
in the earlier orders will not continue.
4It will be open for the parties to apply for
for seeking further direction.
5All concerned including the second respondent
(SRA) to act upon an authenticated copy of this
order.
