2] The petition was filed in the month of February 2014. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2, 3 & 5 states that the HPC has already heard the complaint and the order will be pronounced by 30 September 2014.

3] As far as other prayers are concerned, the question whether the persons occupying the SRA Building on plot No. CTS 183 will depend upon the findings which the HPC will give in Complaint No.20. Hence, nothing further is required to be done in this public interest litigation, at this stage.
4] The Public Interest Litigation is, accordingly, disposed of after recording the above statement.
