The Petitioner has challenged the Government Notification dated 6 September 2014 whereby the State Government in General Administration Department amended earlier Notification issued by GAD dated 11 October 2005. The State Government added “Anti Corruption Bureau” as item no.6 to the Notification dated 11 October 2005. The amendment exempted “Anti Corruption Bureau” from the operation of the provisions of Right to Information Act, 2005.
