Civil Application Nos. 11915 of 2014 & 11916 of 2014 (In Writ Petition No. 10171 of 2014), seeking intervention, are not on board. However, with consent of parties, same are taken on board.

During hearing, our attention has been drawn to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, in S.L.P. No. 25221-25223/2013, on 8-8-2013.

It is seen, that the Hon'ble Apex Court found it proper to have such controversy considered by one Bench of this Court. Accordingly, the matters were earlier considered at principal seat. We are informed, that after impugned orders in the present matters, the aggrieved parties residing at Nashik, have again filed a Public Interest Litigation [PIL No. 228 of 2014], at Bombay. The said matter is coming up on 12th December 2014.

In this situation, Registry to transfer all these matters to principal seat, so that same can be looked into at Bombay, on 12th December 2014.
