Both notices of motion have been taken out by defendant Nos. 2 and 3 respectively. Both the motions seek vacation of the ad interim order dated 22 April 2012 granted in favour of the plaintiff. However, by an order dated 14 March 2014 the notice of motion in which ad interim injunction was granted in favour of the plaintiff was dismissed and the ad interim order granted therein also came to an end. Accordingly, the present notices of motion do not survive and the same are dismissed.
