ORAL ORDER :
1. The learned counsel for Applicant and
learned counsel for Respondent are present. They
submit that in a mediation the parties have agreed
that Marriage Petition bearing No. A/06 of 2011
pending before the Thane Family Court may be
transferred to Aurangabad Family Court, as the
wife resides at Aurangabad. The learned counsel
states that the parties have agreed for the same,
looking to the convenience of the wife.
2.In the result, the Marriage Petition No.
A/06 of 2011 pending between the parties, is
transferred from Family Court at Thane to Family
Court at Aurangabad. The Family Court at Thane may
transmit the proceedings of Marriage Petition
No.A/06 of 2011, urgently. The parties to appear
before the Family Court at Aurangabad at 11.00
a.m. on 3rd February, 2014.
