Heard Mr. Padgaokar, learned Advocate for the applicant and Ms. P. Kamat, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent no.1.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that as far as the first prayer regarding the disbursement of the amount, the parties may be permitted to satisfy the learned Registrar about the calculations and their entitlement. It is accordingly ordered that the parties to appear before the learned Registrar and get the amount of their entitlement finalized by him. After the calculations are done by

the learned Registrar, the amount be remitted to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Panaji, and the learned Trial Judge shall adjudicate the entitlement of the parties in accordance with law in the Inventory Proceedings No. 36/2000 which are pending before him.

As far as the alternative prayer made in the Civil Application is concerned, the learned Additional Government Advocate opposes the said prayer on the ground that such direction may not be granted while considering the present application. The objection as raised is proper. The applicant may make her claim, if any, before the appropriate forum. The application is disposed of accordingly.
