2 The learned advocate for the appellant states that by order dated 17.7.2014, the appellant was directed to deposit 1/4th of the arrears of maintenance calculated at the rate of Rs.1,500/- per month till that day with the Family Court, within

a period of six weeks.
3 The learned advocate the appellant states that the appellant had deposited Rs. 5,000/- on 10.6.2013 and Rs.20,000/- on 26.4.2013 and both these amounts have not been taken into consideration.
4 In the order dated 17.7.2014, it is reflected that as of today i.e. on 17.7.2014 the arrears were more than Rs. 50,000/- towards maintenance. It is in respect of this amount, the directions have been passed in clause (ii) of the said order dated 17.7.2014. Thus, the appellant would have to deposit 1/4th of the said amount of Rs. 50,000/-. The appellant is granted further period of four weeks to deposit the said amount. The amount to be deposited in the Family Court.
5 The order dated 17.7.2014 is clarified and the praecipe is disposed of accordingly.
