2 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3 It is stated that though this Court has directed that
the applicant shall pay maintenance to the respondent-wife at

the rate of Rs. 10,000/- per month, the period from which the applicant has to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month, is not stated in the order. Thus, it is clarified that the applicant shall pay maintenance to the respondent-wife at the rate of Rs. 10,000/- per month from the month of August, 2014. The learned advocate for the applicant states that the amount of maintenance for the month of August, 2014 shall be paid within a period of one week from today and maintenance for the subsequent months, shall be paid by 10th of every month. Statement is accepted.
4 The directions have also been passed in relation to the disputed property. The learned advocate for the applicant has pointed out that the address of the disputed properly has been recorded in the order dated 5.8.2014 in paragraph no.2 as “disputed property situated at Opposite Shiv Sena Office, Motibai Desai Chawl, Ganesh Nagar, Dahisar (E), Mumbai-68” however, the correct address of the disputed property is "Flat No.203, 2nd floor, Sai Akruti Empire, Mira Road (E), Dist. Thane"
and hence, clarification to that effect shall be made. Accordingly, the address mentioned in the order dated

5.8.2014 i.e. “disputed property situated at Opposite Shiv Sena Office, Motibai Desai Chawl, Ganesh Nagar, Dahisar (E), Mumbai-68” shall be read as “Flat No.203, 2nd floor, Sai Akruti Empire, Mira Road (E), Dist. Thane".
