1.This petition was admitted by an order dated 25.4.2005. It was then
ordered to be advertised. In appeal, the advertisement order at admission was
stayed. Thus, although the petition was admitted, it was never advertised. In
the meantime, this petition itself was dismissed for default on 30th June 2010.
It was restored by an order dated 6th December, 2012. By that very order, the
petition was disposed of on the parties filing consent terms. In the meantime,
the appeal was disposed of on 10.1.2011.
2.The present claim of the petitioners has been fully satisfied. Nothing
remains in the petition. As the petition was never advertised, there is no need

for further application of withdrawal of the petition.
