The above Company Petition was admitted by an order dated 4th February, 2005. The Parties thereafter settled the matter and the Petitioner applied for withdrawal of the Petition. In view thereof, the Advocate for the Petitioner was directed to advertise the proposed withdrawal of the Petition and invite claims from the Creditors/Contributories and other persons against the Company.
The proposed withdrawal of the Petition was accordingly advertised. An Affidavit dated 5th July, 2014 proving publication is tendered in Court and the same is taken on record. Mr. Bali, the Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner informs the Court that he has not received any claims pursuant to the said advertisement. In view thereof, the above Company Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
