of the Power of Attorney in favour of Mr. Verma and also a copy of
the Board Resolution of the respondent – company, authorizing its
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer to sign these
consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked

accepted as undertakings to the Court.
2.The company petition is disposed of in accordance with the
