1.Mr. G.B. Kedia, the learned counsel for defendant Nos.7 and
8 says that though the evidence of the plaintiff’s witness has been
partly recorded on commission, the witness has been evasive and
non-cooperative resulting in a needless delay in the completion of
cross-examination. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs, on the
other hand, states that Mr.Kedia has asked a large number of
questions, which in his view, are unnecessary. He seeks that
plaintiff be cross examined in Court.

2. List the matter on 14th March 2014 for completing the cross examination of the plaintiff’s first witness at 3.00 p.m.
