Though belatedly the State Government has complied with the order of this Court dated 22nd January,2014, it cannot be said that there is willful breach of the order of this Court on the part of the State Government. Hence, no case is made out for initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of.
