1By Judgment and Order dated 12th December 2013,
this Court directed the respondents to comply with
the directions contained in paragraph 7 of Judgment
and Order dated 2nd June 2003. The order dated 5th
August 2014 passed by the State Government is placed
on record by the learned AGP. The same is taken on
record and marked `X' for identification. We have
perused the said order. We find that though
belatedly, compliance has been made with the order
dated 2nd June 2003.

2The learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that the petitioner has certain grievances about the
said order and especially as regards the area
allotted.

3Suffice it to say that the order dated 5th
August 2014 is in conformity with the directions
contained in order dated 2nd June 2003 in Writ
petition No.3568 of 2000. We have perused the order
dated 30th June 2014 passed by this Court. Now the
order dated 3rd May 2014 passed by the Sub Divisional
Officer will not come in the way of the petitioner
in view of the further order dated 5th August 2014.
The order dated 5th August 2014 shall prevail.

4Accordingly, we direct that no further action
shall be taken on the basis of the notice issued by
the Sub Division Officer as per the order dated 30th
June 2014. The notice issued to the Sub Divisional
Officer is discharged.

5As far as the grievances of the petitioner as
regards the order dated 5thAugust 2014 are
concerned, the remedies of the petitioner are
elsewhere.
