Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six lacs only) dated 7th April 2014 bearing
No. 525775 drawn on Canara Bank (subject to realization) to the
petitioner in full and final settlement of the claim of the petitioner.
The proprietor of the petitioner company is present in the court.

2.Parties withdraw all their allegations made against one
another. The petitioners state that they have no other claims
whatsoever against the respondent and / or their directors,
personnel etc., in respect of the subject matter of the petition.
3.In view of the above, the petitioner does not want to pursue
the petition and hence the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. No order as to costs.
