petitioner, states that his attorneys have instructions and authority
to accept these consent terms on behalf of the petitioner, who has
authorised his attorneys to sign the consent terms on his behalf.
2.The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for
identification. The petition is disposed of in accordance with the
consent terms.
