1.The Chamber summons seeks a formal amendment to the
plaint to reflect the changed name of the Defendant. The chamber
summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
Amendment to be carried out on or before 18th July 2014.
Reverification dispensed with. It shall not be necessary for the
Plaintiff to serve a copy of the amended plaint on the Defendant

since the Defendant has appeared at the hearing of this Chamber
Summons. The Defendant shall make the necessary changes in the
plaint and written statement in accordance with the schedule of the
Chamber Summons.
2.Clarified that the Defendants shall be also be required to
carry out an amendment in similar terms, without reverification
and service, to the full title of the written statement.
3. The Chamber Summons is disposed of in these terms.
