1.This is a plaintiffs’ chamber summons for amendment of the
plaint to add the respondents to the chamber summons as party
defendants to the suit and for consequential amendments.
2.According to the plaintiffs, the defendants are presently in
occupation of the premises in question. This is admitted by the
defendants in their affidavit in reply to the chamber summons.

3.Hence, the chamber summons is made absolute in terms of
prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out on or before 28th
March 2014. The defendants, including original defendants and
newly added defendants to be served with an amended copy of the
plaint on or before 11th April 2014.
4. Written statements of newly added defendants to be filed and served on or before 30th April 2014.
5. List the suit for framing issues on 5th May 2014.
6. The chamber summons id disposed of accordingly.
