By this Chamber Summons, the Plaintiffs seek to amend the plaint formally by incorporating the words “Agreement of sale and / or Conveyance” in place of the words “Agreement for sale” appearing in prayer clause (b) of the plaint. Prayer clause as originally drafted obviously contains a typographical error which needs to be corrected.
2 Accordingly, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
