has been deleted from its name. The Plaintiff is desirous of bringing the
said fact on record. The Plaintiff also seeks to bring on record the fact that
their Application for trade mark registration which was pending has now
been allowed and their mark DUNIYA DEKHO has been registered. The Plaintiff therefore, seeks to bring the said fact on record. The Chamber
