4 In my view, having regard to the averments made in Paragraphs 6 and 8 of the above Civil Application which disclose the interest of the Applicants in the subject matter of the above Petition, the above Civil Application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. List the above Petition for admission after three weeks. Mr. Joshi the learned counsel undertakes to file vakalatnama on behalf of the newly added Respondents. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
