was rejected by the Competent Authority giving rise to the Respondent No.1 society filing an Appeal before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, which Appeal came to be allowed on 11122008 and the matter was remanded back to the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies, for a denovo consideration of the proposal of the Respondent No.1 as the said proposal was not scrutinized in terms of the Government Resolution dated 722001. The said order came to be challenged by the Respondent No.1 by filing a Revision being Revision No.2 of 2009. The said Revision came to be allowed on 42 2009 and the order dated 11122008 passed in the Appeal came to be set aside and the authorities were directed to register the Respondent No.1 society without further loss of time. It seems that pursuant thereto, the Respondent No.1 society came to be registered and a certificate came to be issued in that regard. The said order dated 422009 was challenged by the Petitioners by filing Writ Petition No.5584 of 2009 before a Learned Single Judge of this Court. The said Writ Petition was amongst a group of Petitions challenging similar orders. The said Writ Petition came to be allowed and the impugned orders directing the registration of societies akin to the Respondent No.1 was set aide and the matter was relegated back to the Revisionary Authority i.e. the Hon'ble Minister for Cooperation for denovo consideration in terms of the directions which have been issued in the operative part of the order dated 22 72010 passed by the Learned Single Judge of this Court. It is on remand that the Revisionary Authority has passed the impugned order dated 3132011.
