. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states

that as of today, he is unable to furnish the address of the fourth Respondent. The main Writ Petition was dismissed only on the ground that the service could not be effected to the fourth Respondent. Considering the averments made in the Application, we allow the Application in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to condition of the Applicant furnishing correct address of the fourth Respondent in the main Writ Petition within a period of three weeks from today. furnished within the stipulated period of three weeks from today, notice of the main Writ Petition shall be issued to the fourth Respondent on the said address, returnable on 22^nd September 2014.

On failure to furnish correct address of the fourth Respondent within the stipulated period of three weeks from today, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.

The Application is disposed of on above terms.
