. An application is made for “Speaking to the Minutes” of the order dated 24^th July, 2013 passed in Civil Application No. 1634 of 2013. It is submitted that in the last 3^rd line of paragraph 2, the sentence, which begins from “However, in the event fresh tender is issued, ….” the words “or recalled or fresh tender is invited” may be inserted. It is submitted that all other orders which are passed by this

Court in similar applications made by the other applicants, the words “or recalled” have been mentioned in the said sentence. It is submitted that the said order is likely to be misinterpreted by the Respondents and the Applicants may not be permitted to participate in the fresh tender. In this view of the matter, said sentence shall now be read as under:

“However, in the event fresh tender is issued or old tender is recalled, the Applicants are entitled to take part in the said process.”

The order dated 24^th July, 2013 passed in Civil Application No. 1634 of 2013 is accordingly modified. Leave to amend and correct the spelling of Respondent No. 5 in present civil application as well as in the Civil Application No. 1634 of 2013 is granted. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
