2 The learned A.G.P has no instructions as to whether compliance with the said order has been made. The time granted to the State Government to comply with the order has expired in June, 2007. Therefore, this application need not be kept pending. The same is disposed of. If compliance is not yet made by the State Government with the said order, we grant liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application.
