1.This is a company application filed by the Canara Bank
for two reliefs. The first is for leave to intervene in the Company
Petition. The second relief sought is that the attachment levied on
the immovable property mortgaged with the applicant, i.e.,
commercial office premises at 24, Vijay Chambers Premises
Cooperative Housing Society, Tribhuvan Road, Mumbai 400 004
be raised.
2.For the reasons set out in the affidavit in support of the
Company Application, the Company Application is made absolute
in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

3. It is noted that the Official Liquidator appointed of the company in liquidation has no objection to grant these reliefs.
