in Darkhast No.191/2010 served on them. He submits
that thereafter immediately applicant filed
application on 30.12.2013 for certified copies of
judgment and award. He submits that certified
copies were collected by them on 03.01.2014. He
submits that the certified copies were received by
the applicant on 05.01.2014 from their Advocate, who
appeared on behalf of them in trial court. He
further submits that the applicant handed over all
papers to the present Advocate on 10.01.2014 for
filing first appeal in this court. Thereafter, the
Advocate for the applicant informed to the applicant
that he required requisite amount for payment of
court fees. That amount was sanctioned by the
applicant on 31.01.2014. Thereafter, the applicant
immediately filed present first appeal in this Court
on 06.02.2014. The learned counsel for the
applicant submits that for want of knowledge about
judgment and award passed by the trial court, there
is delay in preferring the first appeal in this
court. He submits that the reference court awarded
enhance compensation without considering relevant
sale deeds on record. They have good chance of
