1.Civil Application No.11739 of 2013 and Civil
Application No.14282 of 2013 are filed for
bringing legal heirs on record of deceased
Respondent Rukhmini Narayanrao Bine (Dhadge).

2. Heard counsel for Applicants. They submit that

the proposed legal heirs of deceased Rukhmini
Narayanrao Bine (Dhadge) have been served and they

have not appeared, as such the legal heirs be
permitted to be brought on record.

3.Perused the order dated 10th October, 2013
whereby it was directed that notice to indicate
that in case present Civil Application is allowed,

Civil Revision Application shall be heard finally.
The Civil Revision Applications can thus be heard
finally.

4.Civil Application No.1917 of 2014 is filed for
bringing legal heirs on record of deceased
Petitioner- Kausalya Baban Pund. It is stated that
Kausalya Baban Pund has also expired but her legal
heirs are already on record. Cause title needs to
be corrected accordingly.

5.For the reasons stated in the Applications and

after considering the submissions advanced, the
Civil Applications are allowed. The Appellants to
correct the cause titles of the Civil Revision
Applications, accordingly.

6. All three Civil Applications are disposed of.
