2 Though I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail,
it appears proper to me in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the
case, to direct the trial be expeditiously held. The applicant is in custody since 8th March, 2013. The learned counsel for the applicant informs me that even a charge has not been yet framed.
3 Application is rejected. However, the trial Court shall expedite the trial and endeavour to complete it within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. Trial court shall report compliance to this Court.
