1272013. The offence in question took place
on 1172013. Having regard to these factors,
the request deserves consideration.

3.The application stands disposed of as

withdrawn. The learned Sessions Judge, Sangli,
seized with Sessions Case No.202 of 2013
arising out of C.R. No.28 of 2013 for offence
under Section 302 of the IPC is hereby directed

to commence and complete said trial at the
earliest and, in any event, by the end of June
2015, saving just exceptions. The applicant
shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of
the trial, as ordered.
