Heard. The applicants are arrested on 2.6.2013 in Crime No.62 of 2013 which is being investigated by the DCB CID, Unit XII, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 384, 387, 120(B) of the Indian penal Code read with Sections 3, 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

No.1 at the time of incident. It is alleged that the applicant No.1 had asked the witness about time. He had also seen the present person keeping a revolver in his pant pocket. Soon thereafter, there was a fire at the car of the complainant. According to the said witness, the appearance of the present applicant is like an original resident of Nepal. On 12.7.2013, the statement of one Shravan Patil was recorded. The said witness was knowing the present applicant who had accompanied the applicant No.1 to various places when the applicant No.1 had purchased the weapons.
