application seeking bail to the Metropolitan Magistrate through Jail. The Advocate representing him previously had obtained his signature when the applicant was brought for remand and hence he was represented by the same Advocate. The applicant has been enlarged on bail. The learnd Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate on 12.11.2014 has directed the applicant to be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/-. He was released on
