I have gone through the relevant parts of the order passed by the Magistrate, as also the order passed by the Court of Sessions in appeal.

The applicant is in custody since 28th January 2014.

Admit.

Pending the hearing and final disposal of the Revision Application, the substantive sentences imposed upon the applicant shall stand suspended and the applicant shall be released on bail, in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- [Rupees fifteen thousand] with one solvent surety in the like amount, on the condition that the applicant shall report to the trial court on the first Monday of each calendar month commencing from March 2014, till the disposal of the Revision Application. Should the court be closed on any given Monday on account of holiday, the applicant shall report to the court on the next working day.

In view of this, the Criminal Application stands disposed of.

The hearing of the Revision Application is ordered to be expedited.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent - State, after admission.
