(2) groups. One group was headed by Anna Lashkare and other group is headed by Sk. Raju. Murder of Anna Lashkare was committed on 18/05/2011 by seven (7) persons of other side. In that case, one Mr. Pathan, Advocate had given evidence to prove alibi of some of the accused. Due to the evidence given by Mr. Pathan, the present applicant had become angry with Mr. Pathan.

Similarly, they were angry with one Asif Patel. Murder of Asif Patel was committed on 13/09/2011 by the gang of Anna Lashkare and others and then the murder of Mr. Pathan, Advocate was committed on 16/09/2013.

On the basis of the statement given by Ashok, on 01/10/2013 from the spot shown by accused Ashok, two (2) empty cartridges and two (2) fired cartridges, lead part of the bullets were recovered. It appears that subsequently the statement of present applicant was recorded and he was taken to the same spot. This Court is avoiding to discuss the material further for its appreciation, as it is not the proper stage for that. There is material to show that present applicant is known as Sonu Lashkare and there are statements to that effect.
